How to use the YLYP Moxo Portal
The YLYP Moxo Portal is the secure website where you work with your law librarian. You'll get emails from Moxo when there's something new for you. Your page in the portal is called your “Flow.”

How do I get back to the portal?
Click “YLYP Moxo Portal” at the top of this website, then “Sign in to the portal.” Or go straight to yourlifeyourplan.moxo.com.
How do I send a document?
There are two ways:
1. In the chat box, click the paperclip, then choose the file on your computer.
2. If a step asks for a file, click the green “Upload Files” button, then “browse files,” and choose the file.
A form link asks me to sign in. What do I do?
Some forms come from a website called Nolo. Open them using these instructions.
Where do I keep my questions?
Your law librarian puts a list of common questions in the “Files” tab of your Flow. Add your own questions to it as you go.
How do I see where I am?
Open your Flow. Each step is marked “Completed,” “In Progress” or “Not Started.”
How do I fix something I already sent?
Send your law librarian a message in the chat box of your Flow.
Where are my resources?
Open the “Files” tab in your Flow and look for the note from your law librarian.
Where are my documents?
Everything you or your law librarian uploaded is in the “Files” tab of your Flow.
How do I send a message?
Sign in at yourlifeyourplan.moxo.com. Click “Your Flows,” then open your Flow. Type your message in the chat box on the right.
